Colder Than Ice

Rodney, rich in his 20's is in his private ski resort enjoying his vacation when, suddenly, he falls into a cave and breaks his leg.
Inside he finds some mysterious alien tech.
After interacting with it he gains ice based super powers (also his leg's healed!),
but it awakens the guardians in the cave to defend their artifact.

Naturally, he uses his wealth to become Chain Freeze! A superhero dedicated to the common good and looking cool.
